Throughout
Pippin´s life, she has been recognized for her unusual talents and abilities as
well as her willingness to take on challenges and take full responsibility for
winning.
At the age of
nineteen, Paine Webber recognized Pippin’s capability and encouraged her to
apply for a Series 7 License. By the end of that same year, she successfully
secured it, making her one of the youngest people in California to hold such a
license. By the following year, Pippin became a member of an exclusive Paine
Webber team that provided technical support to their offices across the
country.
In Pippin’s
junior year of college, she was one of 93 applicants out of 5,000 who were
accepted to the Haas School of Business degree program at UC Berkeley.
Pippin’s impressive track record demonstrates that her keen analytical skills
combined with her gregarious personality makes her naturally suited for a
successful career in real estate. During the 100 Days to Greatness training
program sponsored by Prudential Real Estate, Pippin was the only Realtor in her
class to graduate on time by successfully completing three transactions within
the time frame of the course.
